Producing a daily blog (okay, Monday thru Friday is almost daily) makes for one heckuva lot of web surfing and blog reading. Worldwide Pablo has no idea how other bloggers research and compile their pages, let along keep track of the scores of weblinks one encounters in a normal day. Because he’s a compulsive, analytical and over-organized mensch, WWP has accumulated about two hundred unused links over the past couple months that have not been used.
So today is clearance day. And, as Tom Peterson says, “free is a very good price.” Without further ado, links that amuse WWP:
Your five cents’ worth: If you know anything about Worldwide Pablo, it’s how much he enjoys reading about nickels.
Just 362 days to election day: You know the election is heating up when there are not just one, but two, parody websites. Click here or here.
Vote early, vote often: Wagers are already being placed on when Pope John Paul II will die – and who his successor will be. Twisted, but true.
So much for the image campaign: Worldwide Pablo just shakes his head in shame over this stupid attorney trick. [If WWP gets asked one more time to help improve the image of lawyers, he just might scream.]
Whose cultural values? So African Anglicans have a problem with homosexuality. How do they feel about polygamy? It may surprise you.
‘Nuff for now.
